What is POTS?
POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) is a form of dysautonomia — a disorder of the autonomic nervous system. This branch of the nervous system regulates functions we don’t consciously control, such as heart rate, blood pressure, sweating and body temperature. What is Dysautonomia?
Dysautonomia (dis-auto-NO-mia) is a term used to describe any disorder of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is the part of the nervous system that regulates functions that are automatic in nature such as heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, excretion, perspiration, temperature regulation, pupil dilation, circulation, and respiration among others. -The Dysautonomia Project

Sodium intake is a crucial part of having POTS! It helps increase your blood volume and has become a common image used in the POTS community.
What if I've never tried any of these products?
I encourage everyone who purchases a box to consult with their doctor for any products or items that they are unsure of or may have concerns about.
